Position: Manager, Shipping & Warehouse
About: Jerith Manufacturing, LLC, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is looking for a Manager, Shipping & Warehouse. This individual will maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
Requirements: BS degree in logistics, supply chain management, or Accounting; proven work experience as a Warehouse/Shipping Manager; expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices; proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives (Preferably Lean Six Sigma); strong knowledge of warehousing KPIs; hands-on experience with warehouse management software, databases, and ERP (Preferably JDE or Oracle); excellent communication skills; strong decision-making and problem-solving skills; leadership skills and ability to manage staff
