Position: Manager, Ride Operations
About: The amusement park Cedar Fair in Charlotte is seeking a dedicated Ride Operations and Guest Control Manager to ensure the safe and efficient operation of all rides and guest control areas. The Manager will lead teams in maintaining high standards of safety, guest service, and operational consistency while fostering a positive work environment in alignment with park and corporate guidelines.
Requirements: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in business or hospitality management preferred; 6-8 years of relevant work experience; 5+ years of leadership/management experience; iROC and Trainer certification; ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays; proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe office programs; strong initiative, sound judgment, and ability to work with diverse backgrounds and cultures
