Position: Manager, Ride Operations
About: The Ride Operations and Guest Control Manager position is responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient operation of all rides and guest control areas, ensuring high standards in safety, guest service, and operational consistency. This role involves leading and guiding teams to maintain a positive work environment in alignment with park and corporate guidelines.
Requirements: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in business or hospitality management preferred; 6-8 years of relevant work experience; 5+ years of leadership/management experience; iROC and Trainer certification; ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays; proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe office programs; strong initiative, judgement, and interpersonal skills
