Position: Manager, Ride Operations
About: The theme park is seeking a dedicated and experienced Ride Operations and Guest Control Manager to ensure the safe and efficient operation of all rides and guest control areas. The Manager will be responsible for maintaining high standards in safety, guest service, and operational consistency while fostering a positive work environment aligned with park and corporate guidelines.
Requirements: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis in business or hospitality management preferred; 6-8 years of relevant work experience; 5+ years of leadership/management experience; iROC and Trainer certification (training provided); ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays; proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe office programs; strong initiative, judgement, and interpersonal skills
