Position: Manager, Properties and Concessions

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Political Science, Communications, or a related field; proven track record and experience in negotiating business deals, real estate portfolio management, external affairs/public relations, airport concessions and/or airport negotiating environment, knowledge of competitive bid processes; financial and business acumen; understanding of airport concession environment; understanding of airport structure and personal contacts within airport staff; excellent grasp of competitive positions held by other industry representatives; strategic thinker; capable of working with multiple internal levels and organizations (e.g., stakeholders and competitors); use of analytical skills in developing Company positions; persuasion while maintaining diplomacy and maintaining ongoing relationships; negotiation to further company objectives; manage multiple issues simultaneously, shift priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, while exercising sound judgment to make decisions; identification of issues, collection of necessary data, and drawing valid, supported conclusions; analysis, development of strategies, and negotiation of complex contracts; clear and concise communication, both verbal and written
