Position: Manager, Production Services Administrative
About: EdCOMM is a department within Oregon Health & Science University that provides a variety of services including creative video production, photography, videoconferencing, event and classroom AV support, and scheduling of key rooms across the university. The department is overseen by EdCOMM Managers who report to the Assistant Vice Provost of Educational Improvement & Innovation. The Production Manager – Administrative role involves leading client-interfacing staff, managing scheduling across OHSU buildings, maintaining strategic relationships with key partners, and driving departmental processes and improvements.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and training; minimum of five years of progressively responsible management positions; significant experience in building and maintaining customer relationships; strong interpersonal and communication skills; experience in a complex technology environment; effective leadership of technical personnel; skilled in project management; proven ability to manage in a complex organizational environment; excellent time management and detail-oriented skills; proficiency in MS Office applications and multimedia production technologies; ability to perform duties with or without accommodation
