Position: Manager, Planning Enablement

Founded in 1974, HAVI partners with companies to address challenges across the supply chain and serves customers in more than 100 countries. The role involves overseeing the creation, accuracy, and management of supply plans to support the North American supply chain.
Requirements: University Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Operations, or a relevant discipline; Minimum of 4 years of Supply Chain Management experience with a strong emphasis on planning processes; Prior leadership experience in managing subject matter experts a plus; Experience in a client-facing role; Ability to present to and influence decision-makers across functional areas; Strong understanding of forecasting, demand planning, and supply planning inter-relationships; Experience with Inventory/Demand/ERP Applications & Reporting Tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle); High proficiency with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
