Position: Manager, Park Quality
About: Park Quality is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manager to oversee the daily operations and cleanliness of the park, ensuring a safe environment for guests and employees. The role involves managing staff, implementing safety programs, and maintaining operational standards in alignment with industry benchmarks and Sesame Place guidelines.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum of 3 years operational experience with supervisory experience; ability to lift, push, pull, and/or carry up to 50 lbs; engage in extensive walking, standing, climbing, and physical activities; flexibility to work varying schedules and climates; proficiency in cleaning duties and use of cleaning chemicals
