Position: Manager Onboard Experience
About: The Manager Onboard Experience at JetBlue is responsible for developing and managing the Mint and Core Onboard Experience, including food and beverage selection, product distribution, budget management, and more. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the onboard customer experience.
Requirements: High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma; Five (5) years’ experience in product development and/or management; Two (2) years’ experience leading large cross-functional teams; Proficiency with MS Office suite; Strong communication and analytical skills; Ability to travel up to 70%; Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
