Requirements: Requires extensive knowledge of traffic and parking regulations; Knowledge of supervisory techniques; Knowledge of state, county, municipal laws, and local zoning ordinances pertaining to parking operations; Ability to lay out and regulate on-street parking; Strong PC skills and familiarity with Word, Excel, and Meter Maintenance software; Ability to establish and enforce safety standards; Ability to prepare clear reports; Ability to communicate effectively; Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships; Ability to perform duties under adverse conditions; Must have a valid State of Florida Driver’s License and a clean driving record; Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
