Position: Manager of House Services
About: Kentucky Performing Arts is seeking a Manager of House Services to oversee Part-Time House and Floor Managers, serve as the Full-Time House Manager, and ensure excellent customer service for KPA patrons. The role involves supervising staff, managing scheduling, training, and addressing employee questions and concerns effectively in alignment with KPA’s mission and values.
Requirements: High School equivalency required; bachelor’s degree or experience preferred; excellent oral and written communication skills; experience in arts administration, event management, or related fields; ability to work nights and weekends; current driver’s license; familiarity with Windows Fundamentals, Excel Fundamentals, Word Fundamentals, Tessitura, and Momentus helpful but not required
