Position: Manager of Guest & Lobby Services; 1.0 FTE
About: UnityPoint Health – Meriter, located in Madison at 202 South Park Street, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Manager of Guest & Lobby Services to oversee a variety of services aimed at enhancing patient and visitor experience. This role involves coordinating and supervising services such as Information Desk, Visitor Management, Parking Administration, and more to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for all guests.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Care Administration or related major; minimum of 5 years’ experience in healthcare or customer service field; minimum of 3 years management or supervisory experience; ability to effectively train others; strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; experience working with databases; flexibility and adaptability; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
