Position: Manager of Event Services
About: ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, is looking for a Manager of Event Services for the Shrine on Airline facility in New Orleans (Metairie), LA. The Manager of Event Services will be responsible for controlling and monitoring customer contact aspects, front-of-house division, event coordination, security, crowd control, and outside contractor service functions to ensure successful events at the facility.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, plus 1-3 years of experience with increasing levels of responsibilities in the facility industry; 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred; must pass a criminal background check; highly motivated, self-directed, and able to work in a fast-paced environment; superior communication and organizational skills; accessible, attentive to details, and proactive; able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed; experience within Facility Coordination is desirable
