Position: Manager of Distribution & Connectivity
About: The Manager of Sales & Distribution at Seminole Hard Rock Support Services is responsible for developing and executing the sales and distribution strategy for casino hotels under revenue management. This role involves overseeing the distribution of rates, content, and inventory in various booking channels like CRS, GDS, PMS, Wholesale, OTA’s, Hard Rock Booking Engines, and CRO. The position requires close collaboration with stakeholders from Revenue Management, Loyalty, Sales, Field Marketing, Operations, Corporate Marketing, IT, Finance, and eCommerce to optimize distribution strategies and support key partner groups within the organization.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree preferred; 5+ years relevant hotel distribution management experience or Revenue Management experience in a similar setting preferred; proficiency in hospitality systems such as CRS, RMS, PMS, Windsurfer, SynXis, Rainmaker, Duetto, IDeaS, Agilisys LMS and Opera skills preferred; proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Tableau, and SQL; commitment to excellence in organizational goals achievement; strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
