About: The University of Southern Indiana is seeking a Manager of Facilities Business Operations, Software, and Properties to oversee financial, procurement, Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), and property management functions within the Facilities Operations and Planning department (FOP) on their campus in Evansville, IN. This position plays a vital role in ensuring efficient resource allocation and smooth operation of campus infrastructure.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; two years of experience in business, finance, procurement, property, IT, or healthcare administration; effective communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency with computers and business-related software; strong time management and organizational skills
