Position: Manager, National Events (Commencement)

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or related field; Six (6) years of experience in event planning with a proven track record of managing complex events; Previous experience planning and executing commencements; Certification in Event Management or related field; Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication skills; Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines; Experience working in a higher education or academic setting; Familiarity with protocol and etiquette standards for formal events; Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies for events; Knowledge of risk management principles and practices
