Position: Manager, National Accounts

Requirements: Experience with and/or a passion for Value Added Branded Food products; Minimum of 5 years of sales/sales leadership experience within the National Account Foodservice channel; Proven track record of building key relationships within large chain accounts; Experienced making top-to-top sales presentations to both corporate and divisional executives in the National Account Channel; Existing National Account relationships in the Western USA a must; Must possess key competencies including strategic vision and analytical skills enhanced by intuitive consumer insight and full Microsoft Office competence (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Demonstrated ability to develop an effective sales, pricing, and distribution strategy; Experienced in building effective alliances with marketing and all other internal resource departments within the customer organization; Entrepreneurial, innovative DNA with excellent organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written). Must be a risk-taker that is never satisfied with the status quo; Must be willing to embrace speed, change, and uncertainty; Travel: As with any new position at this level, travel is expected to be higher (50-60%) during the first year; University degree preferred. Candidates with equivalent business experience will be considered; Culinary background or experience a plus.
