Requirements: 5-6 years of event planning experience, either in a hotel event management role or within an association setting; Exemplary communication skills both verbal and written; CMP preferred, but not required; Self-motivated and able to work independently on projects; Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing industry and stakeholder needs; Proficiency or Certification in CVENT; Knowledge of Monday.com or any other project management platform; Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Ability to travel 3-5 times a year (2-4 days each time); Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
