Position: MANAGER – LEISURE SALES AND MARKETING ACCOUNT
About: The Venetian Resort is seeking a Manager for Leisure Sales and Marketing Accounts to enhance the hotel’s occupancy and revenue. The role involves developing and executing sales and marketing plans, negotiating partner contracts, and maximizing market share through strategic partnerships.
Requirements: 21 years of age; Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States; High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree; Experience in Business, Marketing or Hospitality preferred; 5 years’ experience in 5 star/luxury market, hotel sales, or product management through Wholesale, OTA or Travel Agency; Proficient in applications such as Microsoft Excel, Access, Word and Power Point; Experience with Synxis, HBSI, and Sabre preferred; Established relationships with account decision makers preferred; Must be able to obtain and maintain any certification or license, as required by law or policy; Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and other Team Members of different backgrounds and levels of experience; Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
