Position: Manager in Training
About: Crew Carwash is currently seeking a Fast-Track Manager in Training to join their team at 501 81st Ave, Merrillville, IN. As a leading car wash company, Crew Carwash is dedicated to creating smiles and lifetime customers, offering a supportive work environment with a focus on safety and exceptional service.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old; Have an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or management experience in the service industry; Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment; Availability for 5 days per week, including opening, mid, and closing shifts; Ability to stand for extended periods of time; Strong sense of urgency and physical agility for various tasks; Comfortable working with mechanical parts and in diverse weather conditions; Proficiency with electronic devices; Lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds; Climbing and operating equipment as needed
