Their Manager in Development Program (MID) is designed to prepare individuals for a Branch Management role in approximately 9 months, offering hands-on training, personal recognition, and career growth opportunities.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred or close to obtaining one in a related field; work experience in the service industry is a plus; demonstrated passion for learning and understanding business operations; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment; proven ability to work collaboratively in a team; ability to relocate throughout the continental U.S.; driver’s license required; 1 year of management experience preferred
