About: HuHot Mongolian Grill is a create-your-own Asian stir-fry concept restaurant seeking an experienced and high-energy manager to join their leadership team. Requirements: Have at least 2 years of experience in the restaurant industry and a minimum of 1 year of management experience; possess natural hospitality and an affinity for interacting with guests; demonstrate success with restaurant systems and tools; have experience in leading and supervising people; enjoy actively participating in all restaurant functions; be results-oriented with a track record of operating and financial success; exhibit strong multitasking skills with a positive attitude; understand and have a passion for working with food and beverage; possess POS and Back Office computer skills; enjoy a fun work environment
