Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (e.g. Business Administration or Psychology) and 8+ years of Human Resources experience; demonstrated knowledge of employee relations matters and investigations; working knowledge of state and federal employment laws; strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail; excellent work ethic, organizational and time management skills; strong ability to partner and collaborate with HR functional experts
