Position: Manager, Guest Experience Operations & Communcations – Univeral Horror Unleashed
About: Universal Horror Unleashed is a terrifyingly unique experience located at Area 15 in Las Vegas, offering year-round haunts. The company provides a heart-pounding horror experience with special effects like strobe lights, fog, and more, creating a distinctive working environment with late evening shifts and weekends typical for this role.
Requirements: Must have management and retail experience; possesses an understanding of P & L and budgetary expenditures; exceptional communication and guest services skills; reasonable accommodation for individuals with disabilities; consistent attendance is required. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Management, or related field is preferred. 3+ years of operations, management, and/or retail experience in a supervisory role is required, previous experience with guest services/communications is preferred.
