Position: Manager, Guest Experience
About: Exact Sciences, a company dedicated to changing how the world prevents, detects, and guides treatment for cancer, is seeking a Manager, Guest Experience to lead a team of professionals responsible for reception, guest experience, and mail operations at their campus in Madison, WI. The role involves overseeing visitor management, event support, mail distribution, and ensuring front desk areas are in order.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality/Customer Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, or relevant field; or Associate’s Degree in related field and 2 years of experience; or high school diploma and 4 years of relevant experience. 3+ years of project coordination experience. 2+ years of leadership experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs. Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
