Position: Manager, Guest Experience
About: The Milwaukee Bucks is looking for dedicated individuals who embrace diversity, equity, and inclusion in a workplace that values and encourages everyone. The Manager of Guest Experience will lead the Arena’s Guest Experience team at Fiserv Forum to ensure exceptional service and effective crowd management, delivering a world-class entertainment experience for guests. The role reports to the Director of Guest Experience.
Requirements: Minimum 2-4 years of event leadership experience in a public assembly venue; Minimum four-year college degree or equivalent experience; Positive and enthusiastic personality with a passion for the role; Strong commitment to diversity and inclusion; Outstanding communication skills, written and oral; High-level problem-solving skills; Ability to prioritize tasks effectively; Detail-oriented; Availability for major events, weekends, evenings, and holidays; Experience with databases and Microsoft Office Suite; Confident public speaker
