Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines; 6+ years of experience in corporate event programming or related roles, including promoting services; proven track record in developing and executing successful large-scale events or conferences; strong leadership and collaboration skills; excellent communication and presentation abilities; strategic thinking and data analysis skills; creative and solution-focused mindset; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; budget management and negotiation skills; expert management abilities to guide teams and resources
