Position: Manager Front Office Night
About: As a Front Office Night Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operation of the hotel during the night shift, ensuring guest satisfaction and safety. The role requires critical decision-making, outstanding interpersonal communication, and proactive guest service solutions. You will be responsible for training staff, conducting inspections, handling guest issues, and ensuring VIP satisfaction. The position also involves providing exceptional hospitality and coordinating with various departments to maintain quality standards and enhance guest experiences.
Requirements: Associate’s Degree/College Diploma/or relevant experience; 3-5 years of related experience; 2+ years of supervisory experience. It would be beneficial to have a BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree, 5-7 years of related experience, 2+ years of managerial experience, and VOICE Certification.
