Position: Manager, Food & Beverage
About: At Great Wolf Lodge, located in multiple areas, the Food & Beverage Manager oversees various F&B operations to ensure guest satisfaction, staff engagement, safety, and profitability are maintained. Responsibilities include upholding brand standards in food safety, staff scheduling, training, and guest service. The Manager collaborates with other F&B Managers to manage restaurants, bars, quick-serve outlets, and banquets within the lodge environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent experience; minimum of 1+ years leadership experience in food & beverage; flexibility in scheduling; proficiency in driving business, revenue, and cost control; strong attention to detail and time management; comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage preparation; familiarity with hospitality software and Microsoft Office Suite; successful completion of background check and drug screen; expertise in food safety and sanitation practices
