Requirements: Proven experience in a fine dining or high-end restaurant environment; strong knowledge of culinary presentation, food pairing, and fine dining etiquette; experience in event planning and managing large parties; excellent phone manners and reservation management skills; previous experience in training and scheduling service staff; friendly, outgoing personality with exceptional customer service skills; strong organizational and multitasking abilities; keen eye for detail and ability to anticipate guest needs; ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; 3-5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field preferred; relevant certifications or training in food and beverage management a plus
