Position: Manager, Food & Beverage
About: The Lodge Food & Beverage Manager oversees multiple food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, quick-serve outlets, and banquets within the lodge environment, ensuring guest satisfaction, staff engagement, safety, and profitability. Responsibilities include upholding brand standards in food safety, cleanliness, staff scheduling, training, inventory management, and guest service. The manager collaborates with other F&B Managers to achieve operational excellence in line with company guidelines.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent experience; Minimum of 1+ years leadership experience in food & beverage; Flexibility with scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays; Experience in driving business, revenue, cost control, guest satisfaction, and employee engagement; Strong attention to detail and time management skills; Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage standards; Proficiency in hospitality software and Microsoft Office Suite; Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen; Proficient in food safety and sanitation practices
