Position: MANAGER FOOD AND BEVERAGE
About: The Sheraton Metairie, located at 4 Galleria Blvd, is looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to coordinate, supervise, and direct all property food and beverage operations, ensuring profitability and high-quality products and service levels.
Requirements: At least 4 years of progressive hotel sales experience in a specific market; a 4-year college degree and at least 3 years of related experience; a 2-year college degree and 4 or more years of related experience; proficiency in Windows, Company approved spreadsheets, and word processing; knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, liquor laws, and regulations; physical requirements include long hours and medium work capacity; mental requirements like clear communication, quick decision-making, initiative in job performance, and problem-solving skills.
