Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field; Minimum of 4 years of management experience in a high-quality chain or independent restaurant group; Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and POS systems; Ability to work rotating schedules, holidays, weekends, and nights; Proven track record in developing training programs, strong leadership skills, exceptional communication skills, ability to work under deadlines, and passion for guest service; Full-time on-site work required at NBCUniversal-designated location
