Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in marketing or communications) or equivalent combination of education and experience; two to three years of sales experience, field marketing, or event planning, with prior hospitality industry experience preferred; customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal and influencing skills; proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, Salesforce or similar CRM platform knowledge is a plus; valid driver’s license and proof of insurance; at least 21 years of age; general knowledge of core marketing concepts and competencies; operational mindset with strong interpersonal and organizational skills; strong brand and financial acumen; expert time management and project organizational skills
