Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project or construction management, or related field; OR completion of a formal apprenticeship program with 6000-8000 hours of education, practice, and/or on-the-job training; 8 years of skilled multidisciplinary craft work experience for non-supervisory roles; 4 years of supervisory or leadership experience for supervisory roles
