Requirements: A bachelor’s degree related to the assignment from an accredited institution is preferred. Manage annual O&M and Capital Budgets; Knowledge of SRP safety programs, design standards, and relevant codes; Expertise in project, asset, work, and resource management; Understanding of process design, business analysis, and reporting; Familiarity with facilities management software such as Maximo, AutoCAD, Smart Sheet; Proven leadership and team management skills; Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; Experience in sustainability initiatives; Relevant certifications (NCARB, NCIDQ, CFM, FMP, LEED AP, WELL AP); HVAC, Electrical Systems, or Building Systems trade school education.
