Position: Manager, Facilities
About: Cogeco Connexion Inc, a company based in Rochester, NH, is looking for a dedicated incumbent to effectively manage their facilities and non-Headend property in North America, ensuring compliance with regulations and efficient operations.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience required; Certification in Building Environmental Systems Facility Management or Property Administration is an asset; Minimum 8 years’ experience in facility or property administration; Minimum 5 years’ experience at a management level; Project management experience; Proven understanding of relevant Federal and Provincial and State legislation; Strong verbal and written communication skills; French language proficiency is an asset; Experience in managing operations and maintenance teams
