Position: Manager, Events Production

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred with certification in event/meeting planning (CSEP, CMP) or equivalent experience; Minimum 5 years of experience in live event, hospitality, and meeting management; Proficiency in event management systems (CVENT), project management tools (Basecamp), and digital meeting platforms (Zoom, Webex, Google); Strong project management skills with flexibility to prioritize and manage multiple projects under deadline pressure; Excellent copywriting, copyediting, and interpersonal skills, including diplomacy, patience, and professionalism; Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with diverse stakeholders and handle travel and off-site functions as needed.
