About: The Wells Fargo Center, home of the Philadelphia Flyers, Philadelphia 76ers, Villanova University basketball, Philadelphia Wings, and various entertainment events, has been a prominent arena in the greater Philadelphia region since its opening in 1996. It stands out as a leading operator in the live event experience industry.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred in Event Management or Hospitality Management; minimum of 2+ years’ experience in venue events management and coordination, preferably in the arena, stadium, or convention center environment; strong project management and organization skills with attention to detail; knowledge of facility management, building operations, and safety requirements; ability to demonstrate leadership skills; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with Event Booking and AutoCAD; availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
