Position: Manager, Event Operations – Universal Epic Universe
About: Universal Orlando Resort is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced individual to oversee event planning and operations for both theme parks and CityWalk. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, ensuring high levels of guest service, and strategic planning for event operations. The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments and maintain a strong executive presence.
Requirements: High school degree or GED required; college degree preferred. 5-7 years of supervisory experience required; experience managing exempt level team members preferred. Experience within the Event industry, developing exempt members of management, and leading large teams in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
