Requirements: A bachelor’s degree within business, economics, urban planning, finance, or public administration; 5+ years of relevant work experience in economic development, housing, real estate, or redevelopment; knowledge and passion for housing, development, social impact, equity, and community development; experience as a client-serving professional in a consulting firm; excellent analytical, technical, problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills; ability to work independently, multitask, and adapt to a fast-paced environment; willingness to work extended hours and travel as needed
