Position: Manager Customer Development – Upper Midwest

About: Tyson, a leading food company, is seeking a qualified candidate for a Sales Representative position in the Upper Midwest region of the US. This role focuses on selling deli products and maintaining customer relations with key distributors and independents in the region such as Meijer, Jewel, and Publix. The position involves managing relationships with various stakeholders in the Deli network to maximize sales volume and profitability while upholding Tyson’s high product quality standards and customer service.

Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Experience: 5+ years of sales experience, knowledge of Deli and Fresh Protein preferred; Computer Skills: Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Salesforce experience preferred); Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Special Skills: Project management and strategic planning experience required; Travel: 26+ trips per year

Benefits: annual incentive plan, relocation assistance, 1ST SHIFT work schedule, pay range of $83,000.00 – $173,000.00
