Position: Manager
About: We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee the company’s technology infrastructure, support critical business applications, and lead a team of three IT Specialists in the petroleum and convenience store industry. This is an on-site position with no remote work. The role includes managing a test lab environment and vendor partner relationships serving approximately 125 petroleum convenience stores and midstream terminals.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management, or a related field and 8+ years of relevant work experience; 8 years’ experience in retail POS service, support, development, and/or project management; 5 years’ experience supporting retail credit and debit card processing systems and quality testing; 3 years’ experience with fuel dispensing systems and interfaces; excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; strong problem-solving and organizational skills; demonstrated leadership qualities; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project planning; understanding of network communications, security measures, data protection, PCI, and PA-DSS standards.
