Position: Manager
About: DaVita, a healthcare company located at 2000 16th Street in Denver, Colorado, is seeking a Teammate Relations Leader to provide expertise in employee relations. This position will lead a team in handling internal complaints regarding teammate performance and behaviors, reporting to the Director of Teammate Relations and collaborating with various departments within the organization.
Requirements: Extensive experience addressing employee underperformance and behavioral problems required; Bachelor’s Degree required, Masters preferred; Five (5) or more years of HR or related legal experience; three (3) years of which must be in employee relations; Certified Professional (PHR) or Senior Professional (SPHR) in Human Resources preferred; Large, multi-site company experience preferred; Subject matter expert in one or more specialized regulatory areas (e.g. EEOC, ADA) or TMR areas of expertise preferred
