Position: Manager
About: The organization is a fine dining restaurant seeking a Manager to lead department-level restaurant operations, uphold company values, and ensure a high-quality dining experience. The Manager will demonstrate leadership by enforcing service standards, systems, and procedures effectively. They will be responsible for maintaining a professional demeanor and image, fostering teamwork, and driving culinary excellence.
Requirements: Highly preferred: Previous salaried management experience in fine dining restaurants, proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications. Certifications: Servsafe or similar Manager’s Food Handler’s Certificate, Alcohol Certification (location-based). Physical Demands: Ability to handle physical tasks such as ascending and descending stairs, carrying objects, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 40 pounds. Must have a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Perform other duties as needed.
