About: Rawden Joint Ventures McDonald’s Restaurants is an independent franchisee-operated restaurant looking to hire Managers for various departments. The responsibilities include ensuring excellent customer service, managing systems and inventory, and maintaining quality food and service standards in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: Managers lead shifts and departments, manage systems (Training, Food Safety, Inventory), set goals, delegate tasks, and have previous managerial experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments. Positive team players with flexible schedules and a passion for fast-paced environments are preferred candidates.
