About: The manager position at a fine dining restaurant is responsible for leading department-level restaurant operations, embodying the company’s core values and providing a remarkable dining experience. The Manager demonstrates leadership by upholding service standards, systems, and procedures.
Requirements: Education & experience: Previous salaried management experience in fine dining restaurants preferred; Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications preferred. Certificates/licenses: Servsafe or similar Manager’s Food Handler’s Certificate; Alcohol Certification (based on location). Physical demands: Must be able to handle various physical tasks such as ascending or descending stairs, lifting objects, standing for extended periods, and exerting up to 40 pounds of force. Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays may be required.
