Position: MANAGER
About: Peter Piper Pizza, a family-friendly restaurant chain focused on creating a special experience for kids and families during their celebrations, is seeking a Manager to supervise and lead a team of 20 to 45 members in maintaining excellent guest service standards. The Manager will oversee food preparation, safety, and quality while striving to exceed sales goals in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where every guest’s satisfaction is paramount. The restaurant operates on weekends, late evenings, and holidays, requiring flexibility and availability up to 55 hours per week on any shift.
Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age; High School Diploma or GED required; Pass the Company’s background process; Have a clear driving record and proof of insurance; Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds; Able to stand for long periods of time; Within 90 days of employment, must obtain a valid, state-approved Seller/Server Certification for alcohol and a health certification; No visible tattoos on head, neck, or face above the uniform and limited tattoos on arms or hands; Comfortable performing essential job functions listed in the Manager job description
