About: A fine dining restaurant is seeking a dedicated Manager to lead department-level operations and uphold the company’s core values and service standards for an exceptional dining experience. This role requires strong leadership skills and a passion for culinary excellence and guest service in a professional and dynamic restaurant environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous salaried management experience in fine dining restaurants preferred; proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications preferred; Servsafe or similar Manager’s Food Handler’s Certificate; Alcohol Certification (based on location); ability to meet physical demands such as ascending or descending stairs, maintaining body equilibrium, lifting up to 40 pounds, and standing for extended durations
