Day-to-day responsibilities include recruiting and rewarding team members, enforcing safety and security protocols, analyzing business records to boost sales, promoting sales to prospective guests, supporting marketing initiatives, planning events and promotions. Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred; Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, supervisory and staff training experience; Essential Functions: Excellent communication skills, ability to interact with all team members, computer proficiency; Physical Requirements: Ability to work in various restaurant areas, operate a computerized Point of Sale system/cash register, bend, stand, and walk throughout the workday, lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally; Training provided on roles and responsibilities. Full-time/part-time and varied shift positions available by location.
